Monthly One-Day Class • Saturdays- 3 Hour Class 

This interactive Preparing for Childbirth and Babycare class is designed to help expectant parents feel informed, confident, and supported as they prepare for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. The class covers evidence-based information, practical tools, and time for questions in a welcoming, small-group setting.

These classes are not a series, but intended to be a stand alone class. If you are looking for a longer, multi-date course, I can refer you to a nearby instructor.
